Pregnant and Postpartum Women

Whether you are planning to become pregnant, currently expecting, or adjusting to life after birth, this season can bring both profound joy and unexpected emotional struggles. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or unlike yourself. These experiences are more common than many women realize—and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to understand what you’re going through and help you feel more confident and like yourself again.

I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, and OCD in the perinatal period using evidence- based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Together, we will develop practical tools to manage intrusive thoughts, regulate emotions, and build resilience during this transformative time. My goal is to help you not just “get through” this stage, but to feel supported, empowered, and emotionally well as you move forward into motherhood.

I have completed advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C). This certification reflects specialized expertise in supporting women and families through the emotional challenges that can arise during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including mood and anxiety disorders.
